About the Event
Community Conversations on Health is a partnership between Texas A&M AgriLife Extension and the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) that aims to authentically engage and build sustaining relationships with rural and faith-based communities disproportionately impacted by health concerns of infectious and chronic diseases in ways that lead to improved health.
In support, we have also joined with our own Well Church Initiative, who provide information and resources for clergy, rural churches, and faith-based organizations who are serving the health and wellness needs of their congregations and
surrounding communities. TO LEARN MORE, VISIT: wellchurch.tamu.edu
